Our client is looking for a Team Leader, New Employer Services (NES) to provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership within their occupational rehabilitation division. You’ll blend strong rehab expertise with a genuine passion for coaching and developing people, driving high-quality outcomes, and supporting injured workers into meaningful new employment. In this role, you’ll lead a specialist NES team and set the tone for performance, consistency, and client experience. You’ll have the opportunity to shape service delivery, influence results, and play a key part in the continued growth and reputation of a highly regarded provider. This is a varied, rewarding leadership position where no two days are the same. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to structure workflow, collaborate closely with senior leaders, and oversee service delivery across Workers Compensation and related schemes. What you will be doing: Lead, mentor and support a team of Rehabilitation Consultants delivering high-quality New Employer Services (NES) Oversee the teams complex NES files and provide guidance on job-seeking strategies, vocational counselling, labour market analysis, and RTW planning Manage and monitor team performance, KPIs and quality standards, ensuring timely and evidence-based service delivery Identify RTW barriers and support your team to design individualised rehabilitation and vocational plans Collaborate with key stakeholders: insurers, employers, treating practitioners and internal leaders. to drive effective solutions and positive outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, team training and service development within the New Employer Services space This role is ideal for a senior consultant who enjoys coaching others, problem-solving complex cases and having a genuine impact on both client outcomes and team performance.
